At Fresh@, our mission is to bring fresh groceries and daily essentials directly to your doorstep inside ASBL Spire, Hyderabad. This Shipping Policy outlines how deliveries are handled, our coverage, timing, and applicable charges.


1. Delivery Area

  • Fresh@ delivers exclusively within the ASBL Spire community in Hyderabad, Telangana.

  • Orders placed from outside this community are not eligible for delivery or fulfillment.


2. Delivery Timings

  • Delivery Hours: 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, every day (including weekends and most holidays).

  • You may choose preferred delivery slots based on availability and item type.


3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Most orders are delivered within 1–2 hours of placement, depending on:

    • Product availability

    • Delivery volume

    • Time of order

  • Perishable items are prioritized for faster delivery to maintain freshness.


4. Delivery Process

  • All deliveries are made by our in-house team directly to your flat/unit within ASBL Spire.

  • You’ll receive notifications when:

    • Your order is confirmed

    • Out for delivery

    • Delivered

  • Contactless delivery can be requested at checkout.


5. Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on orders of ₹149 or more.

  • A nominal delivery fee of ₹20 applies to orders below ₹149.

  • Promotional offers may temporarily waive delivery charges — these will be highlighted during checkout or on the homepage.


6. Missed Deliveries

  • If the resident is unavailable:

    • Our team will attempt to contact you.

    • If unreachable, a one-time reschedule will be offered at no extra cost.

    • Repeated delivery failures may result in cancellation or a ₹20 redelivery fee.


7. Bulk and Scheduled Orders

  • Large grocery orders (e.g., monthly provisions) or scheduled deliveries should be placed at least 4 hours in advance.

  • For any custom delivery needs or special occasions, contact our support team directly.


8. Delivery Limitations

  • In case of community access restrictions, emergencies, weather conditions, or technical downtime, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled.

  • You will be promptly informed of any such disruptions.


9. Order Verification

  • Our staff may verify recipient identity (flat number, name, phone number) before handing over the order.

  • This ensures security and accurate delivery within the society.
